PRICING
At Master Appliance Repair, we believe in straightforward, unambiguous pricing.
Our initial service fee is $47.99
This covers the diagnostic fee and trip-charge. Once our technician provides you with a diagnosis of the appliance problem and gives you an estimate, if you give us permission to proceed with the repair, we will WAIVE the service fee entirely and you will only be charged for the repair.
Our appliance repair pricing is based on a national pricing guide which dictates prices based on national standards for all makes and models of home appliances and different types of repairs. Our technicians refer to this guide to provide all your appliance repair estimates, so you know you are always receiving fair national rates.
At Master Appliance Repair there are NEVER any hidden charges
Pricing Exceptions:
Commercial Properties
We charge a $10 fee to perform appliance service at commercial locations.
Parking
Our company covers any parking charges up to $10.
Emergency Service
We charge an additional fee of $50 to perform emergency service. Emergency service is defined as any service call that takes place after our regular business hours have ended or on holidays. Our regular business hours are Mon-Sun, 8am-9pm.
Outside Service Area
If you are outside our service area, don't fret. We can still happily make it out to you, but may charge an additional fee of $10-$30 to cover the added time and gas expense incurred.
